SecurevisionSA supplies security equipment to order from South African suppliers. Supplier availability is different from stock held at our collection point.
How your order is fulfilled
- Choose your equipment. Read the product contents, compatibility and storage requirements. Contact us before paying if you need a fixed delivery date or help choosing.
- We confirm sourcing. We check the exact product and quantities with the supplier and confirm dispatch timing for your order. A catalogue listing or stock-check date is not a reservation.
- Your goods are dispatched. Depending on the product and fulfilment arrangement, goods may travel from a supplier or through our collection point. We confirm tracking once available. Items from different suppliers may arrive separately; we will explain the arrangement.
- Receive or collect. Delivery charges and available services are shown at checkout or confirmed in a quotation. Collection at FoodJoint Take Away, Diepkloof Zone 2, is only after we send your ready-for-collection notice.
Before you choose delivery
Supplier sourcing time and courier transit time are separate. An express courier option does not mean the item is ready for immediate dispatch. Confirm a deadline with us before ordering. Batteries, gate motors, large cable rolls and bulky goods may require a suitable courier service and a specific quotation.
If a supplier cannot fulfil an item
We will contact you about the unavailable item and the available next steps. We will not substitute another model without your agreement. See our returns and refunds information and shipping policy.
Storage and installation
A camera pack is not automatically a complete recording system. Memory cards, hard drives, paid cloud plans, network equipment and installation are included only when the product's contents say so. Wi-Fi cameras still need suitable power unless the exact model is battery-powered.
