SecureVision SA currently offers ordinary online delivery within South Africa.
Delivery charges
Where available at checkout, current ordinary delivery options may include Standard Delivery at R99.99 and Express Delivery at R150.00. Bulky, heavy or specialised items may require a separate courier quotation. The checkout amount or an accepted quotation will apply.
Processing and supplier stock
Orders are processed after successful payment and, where applicable, supplier stock confirmation. Some products may be sourced from authorised distributors after an order is placed. A product displayed online does not necessarily mean it is physically stored at SecureVision SA's premises.
Delivery timeframes
Delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed unless a fixed delivery date has been expressly agreed. Where ECTA applies, SecureVision SA will perform the transaction within the agreed period or, if no period was agreed, within the period prescribed by law.
Unavailable goods
If goods become unavailable, the customer will be notified and offered the remedies required by law. SecureVision SA may offer an alternative product, but the customer is not required to accept a substitute.
Addresses and failed deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, recipient name and contact number. If an address error is discovered, contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed after a parcel has entered the courier network. Reasonable redelivery charges may apply where a failed delivery results from an incorrect address or unavailable recipient and the law permits the charge.
Damaged parcels
Customers should inspect parcels as soon as reasonably possible. Visible transit damage should, where possible, be photographed and noted with the courier. This does not limit statutory rights relating to damaged, incorrect or defective goods.
